The Property and Inspiration
Belle Arte is an eight-story residential condominium in the heart of Bacolod City. The Art Deco design is inspired by its close proximity to the developer’s iconic ancestral home known as Daku Balay, the 1936 mansion of their patriarch Don Generoso M. Villanueva. The Developers
Marosvill Development Corporation has a history rooted in the island’s sugar industry. The principals and shareholders have over fifty years of corporate experience in operating plantations and other agri-based business, real estate properties and a resort, as well as having served as board members of commercial and financial institutions.
