Cafe Oscar is a small but cozy cafe inside the Belle Arte building. We are serving tasty food like brick-oven pizzas, home-made desserts (e.g. Alupi, Ganache Cakes) & good coffee and frappes  from breakfast to dinner! The ambiance is friendly and warm. The prices are affordable and the food is always fresh prepared with natural healthy ingredients. WHERE ARE WE LOCATED?
Cafe Oscar is located on the Ground Floor of the Belle Arte Residential Condominiums, Galo & GV Streets, Bacolod City. It is the tallest (green & white) building on Galo St just a few meters from Burgos Market and the PLDT office. You won’t miss it!
