Belle Arte condominiums launched
March 16, 2015
The dream of the late Don Generoso M. Villanueva to fill up Bacolod City with modernist homes was realized when Belle Arte Residential Condominiums, an eight-story building, was launched by his grandchildren, Saturday at the Art Deco Mansion of the Villanueva clan at Burgos Street (G.V. & Sons Bldg.) this City.
A project of the Marosvill Development Corporation, the theme of the Belle Arte is inspired by its proximity to the iconic ancestral home of the developers, the art deco mansion of the Villanueva patriarch locally known as “Daku Balay”.
Headed by its president, Maria Lilia Villanueva, the project aims to bring back the elegant lifestyle with its art deco inspired architecture and interior designs, a distinct architectural destination for local and foreign visitors.
It will rise on the other end of the same property as “Daku Balay” with its entrance at Galo Street, Villanueva said.
The soon to rise new condominium with a total lot area of 5,534.76 square meters, and building site area of 1,096.37 sq.m., will have 67 residential units for sale, from the second floor to the eight floor, with two commercial units on the ground floor.
Pre-selling promo will be from today until April 30.
On spot cash, five percent discount on list price and a P75,000 cash disc. on net selling price will be given to prospective clients.
The total contract price is payable in 18 months or upon turnover. Two percent discount will be given on list price plus P50,000 cash disc. on net selling price.
